PEOPLE: EO Albany’s Third Masterclass of the Year

The EO Albany PEOPLE Masterclass brings together EO Members, Accelerators, Catalysts, Key Executives, guests, and prospects for a deep dive into the frameworks that build strong, healthy, high‑performing teams.

In this session, you will learn how to define and strengthen your Core Values, build a culture that supports your vision, and use Functional Accountability to create clarity across your organization. You’ll also explore the DISC Assessment to better understand communication styles and improve team dynamics.
